Air-conditioning was not all that cold

Front desk attendant looked like she was living there. Blankets and pillows on front desk. Room smelled like mildew covered up with bleach. Offered us another room and also smelled like the same. We were on the property for less than one hour because the kids started to feel sick from the bleach smell. Did not get a refund and was told it smells “fresh and clean” we were told we had to contact Expedia by the front desk.

The front desk personnel were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good as well.

The staff and manager are very courteous and nice to all guests, The rooms are clean and hotel is quiet with great parking for oversized vehicles as well.

Sheets wete not as cleaned hair on them but overall it was okay
