The newly renovated hotel is nice. The new pools are great. Easy access to beach. Food at restaurants is ok. Park side view is horrible, especially when there’s a big blue dumpster right outside window. Get a gulf view room. Parking is in Egypt and $15 to self park.

This was a very nice resort. We would definitely will revisit this resort again, the rooms were nice and the staff was real professional, We really enjoyed speaking with Paul each day at the pool area, We ate a snack one day at the pool area, it was good, but I think food and drinks were definitely over priced for what you get. But that's ok we loved the beach walking to the pier each day. The bikes were a big plus. Looking forward to the next visit

Top notch property on the beach. We had a beach view with balcony, and it was wonderful to enjoy. It’s a large property so one needs to inquire about all the services, food locations, etc upon arrival so you don’t miss anything. Rode the bikes around the park and walked to the pier (fabulous venue in itself), laid on the white sand beach, ate at lower restaurant, and we enjoyed it all.

Wonderful stay for two nights. Loved the room and the view and the breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was the water was brown. Normally we would never take a bath in a hotel but my wife needed to soak her leg. The tub filled up with brown water. Couldn’t tell when we took showers. We will stay again next time.

The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly.
