The staff at this hotel were super helpful and so nice! We were booked to stay at another hotel and went to the coffee shop at this hotel and loved it and the people so much we switched hotels to stay here. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This will be our go-to for stays in Mobile!

The room was really nice and the staff were very nice. The bar down stairs was super high class, it was great! The gym is okay, just lacking in a lot of equipment. The breakfast that they offer as an other charge was subpar to be honest. Just a lot of quick bites, there are better and cheaper options in the surrounding area for breakfast. Overall still a really good experience.

My only criticisms The hotel has no parking, the carpet in the room was stained and very dirty the a/c as mentioned in many other reviews was very noisy for some reason they keep a tight hold on the shower gel The bottles are just enough for a single shower and that’s just what they leave you with you will have to make repeated requests for shower gel -just a odd thing That being said it is a nice downtown location There is a outdoor pool I did not use The staff was wonderful and friendly And there is paid parking behind the hotel The cafe is great for a cup of coffee The bed was freshly made each morning With daily housekeeping
