When we walked in I was surprised at how clean and clean smelling the La Quinta was. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked to changed from 1 king to 2 beds so our son could stay with us while in Birmingham. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was so warm and welcoming! The continental breakfast was ready right when they said it would be! Rooms were newly updated and clean. The AC unit in our room was a little old but it wasn’t too bad. Overall I’d definitely recommend/stay here again! And a great location, close to lots of dining and shopping. 5 stars✨

The room was super clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They serve a complementary breakfast. It was not as big of a breakfast as I’ve had at other hotels mostly just eggs and sausage some cereal waffle if you want milk and juice, bagels stuff like that, but still has a free breakfast. The air conditioner was very cold and you could control it in the room for the dollar amount of the room. This was a beyond exceptional room not the best room I’ve ever had, but definitely far above the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. I was actually just telling a friend of mine that I have paid more before and ended up with a very bad Room. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property.

The family suite was really nice. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed sitting out under the gazebo near the pool. I would have liked to have been able to access my Netflix but it wasn't available. The elevator near our room wasn't working but it wasn't too far to take a different elevator. Everyone was friendly and overall I enjoyed my stay.
