“El hotel muy bonito, todo limpio, la comida más o menos. La Srita qué nos atendió el jueves 27 de agosto apoyándonos con nuestras excursiones muy amable la vdd. La vdd si recomiendo el hotel y banff muy bonito.”

“Es un hotel que fue remodelado recientemente. Cuenta con estacionamiento amplio. Considero que por las instalaciones sería un hotel entre 3 y 4 estrellas, pero con todo prácticamente nuevo. El baño tiene algunas áreas de oportunidad en el diseño, la llave de la regadera está ubicada de manera que para abrirla te mojas todo. Y la puerta mal diseñada porque se encharca el piso y hay que estar poniendo toallas constantemente... También el internet con muchos problemas, que reporté y me cambiaron...

Other thing, when we checked up, they told us that the luggage would take 2 hours to get to the room, and that’s another lie, because of that we took our luggage in to the mountain, the other luggage came as the same time as we did, it aweful to be like...
