I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is clean and set in a quiet location, which made it very relaxing, yet it’s only a 10–15 minute walk to downtown—perfect for exploring the area. The room was spacious, and I especially loved the large, well-designed bathroom, which made the stay even more comfortable. Another great convenience is the Route 1 bus stop right next to the hotel, making it very easy to get around without any hassle. Overall, it felt like the perfect balance of comfort, peace, and accessibility.

Loved the efficient check in service! Our Junior Suite was SWEET! Very spacious and comfy sitting room and bedroom area and bathroom was top notch! , bathroom was well supplied with amenities and shower was divine. Only downsize was the staff in the bar area who appeared to be inexperienced in mixing and knowledge of beverages offered.

This is a great property. We would absolutely stay here again. Reasonably large rooms, very large bathroom with the water closet separate from the vanity. Walking distance to downtown Banff. Convenient underground parking.
