Lovely stay, helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant is excellent and nice to have your breakfast in your robe before starting your day. Hot pools are lush after all the walking, was a great place to stay.

The hotel is on the north side of Banff town, a 20-minute walk to the town center. The hotel provides free Roam bus day pass for guests to get around the town. It's convenient that the hotel has two very good restaurants on-site. I loved soaking in the rooftop hot tub after a long day exploring nature.

Nice bathrooms, very functional amenities, even in July peak season was able to get space at the heated pool. Great location and use of Roam bus pass. Would be nice if there was a bar in the area open past 10pm. Staff are professional but not that talkative. Rooms are a great size.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the outdoor hot tub/Jacuzzi — it was relaxing and well maintained. Overall, the property is in great condition, though the carpet could be cleaned more thoroughly.
