I really loved this hotel. The view on the balcony was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The women at the front desk were also so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful. The scenery is amazing. The hot pools are fantastic. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. Sudden Sally, the restaurant on site, is great - food and coffee were amazing. Just overall a fantastic stay. Would love to stay there again.

This was one of our best stays ever. Hotel is beautifully maintained, staff was extremely helpful (helped us upgrade our room , with booking us activities, came to our rescue when little kids left alone were making noise 1am in the morning ) . Location is just outside of downtown area but if you enjoy walking it is 15-20mins to everywhere . Hotel has a nice restaurant and also next door there is also another one, inside is a coffee shop to grab on the go snacks and coffee. When we are back we will stay here again!

An absolutely fabulous place to stay for those that appreciate a quiet spot in Banff, right next to walking trails in the woods. The hot pools were most enjoyable on the roof level. The room was so enjoyable.

We loved the clean rooms and facilities. The bar and restaurant were convenient to have readily available. They also have a great coffee shop that offers great coffee and breakfast items. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel location is convenient , with Roam transit stop right across the street. Hotel provided complementary passes for the transit which helped a ton in going around the town. Hotel provided complementary pools on the property are excellent, with magnificent views.

Nice hotel, great Mountain View from the balcony. It's 20 mins away from the high traffic main shopping area, hence it's very quiet. We had a nice parking for our Tesla to charge too.
