“2nd stay Excellent Staff are amazing Always accommodating Helped with luggage to room and booked table for us to eat in restaurant whilst unpacking Food Sunday dinner was brilliant Accommodation very comfortable Best pillows ever which is sometimes a hard find Little touches lovely drinks coffee percolator Nice toiletries Can’t fault this little gem Dog friendly Had little touches for dog small pot of beef Breakfast brought to room with pot of sausage for dog Breakfast again...

“The Hornsbury Mill is a very charming hotel, set in beautiful grounds with a little lake. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the bed comfortable. I had the full English (vegan) breakfast and it was very tasty. The one complaint I had was that when the very charming old mill wheel is on and turning (which they switch off at 8pm), the noise made a constant thud in my room and bothered me a little. I assume it won’t be too much of a bother though to most people, who would be in bed well...

“The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our room was spacious clean and exactly like advertised on the web site. Everything was very clean. Bathroom and shower etc very good and spotless. We dined at the Indian restaurant next door the food was excellent and the service friendly and professional. Ths only sad thing was the little coffee shop is no longer there but I understand why. ”

“What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.”

“Perfectly placed with fabulous views of the Somerset landscape, gorgeous in the brilliant sun!! The room was spacious with a wet room en suite. Critically it had a power shower which makes accommodation for me - the bed was wide and very comfortable ”

“Our four night stay at the Masons Arms was a dream come true. We first saw the pub/hotel 49 years ago and were delighted to finally have an opportunity to stay here. The room was wonderfully cosy in the inn and its recent updates were much appreciated. The shower was great and the towel heater was a treat for this Canadian!
