“I booked a double room which was so small. It had a dreadful view over an alley and roof top. So not desirable in any way. The room had a small fan - there is no air conditioning - we roasted - it was so so hot unbearable. With two adults in such a small room with no air-conditioning terrible. What made it worse was that there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom that was permanently on which you could not turn off so the small bathroom was so hot and made the room even worse. “Check in was very slow as it looked they were short staffed as people were waiting to order drinks as well and only one staff present. The building and rooms are very tired looking and need updating. Walls between rooms are paper thin and we were next to a couple who argued all night long and you could hear everything. One of the rooms we booked (upstairs) was baking hot, the fan didn't work so we lent ours to our friend and the radiator was on full blast in this summer heatwave! We couldn't...

“Its was a nice place to stay apart from the staff asking if we could smell weed! I think it may have been my tattoos that made them single us out however we had been out for the evening so we felt a bit like we were not welcome and if it wasn't so late I would have moved hotels.”
