“Staff were great really helpful, hotel is in a fab location would stay here again! Loved the family Room. Swimming hours for children if staying for one night was tricky as check in 4pm and children can’t swim past 5pm and can swim after 10:30am the next day but check out 11. “I stayed here with my partner and 2 young children. We booked a room with two double beds - this was perfect. What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. Toys, games, high chairs, ramps and accesible options - and even some secret doors for elves & fairies hidden around the place. “This is a fine old achool hotel, with large clean rooms, and a friendly staff. The reception rooms and bar are nice, but while we were, were totally overrun by a wedding party. The restaurant is okay. It is adjacent tobthe reception and the dinner is acceptable, but certainly not remarkable. Everything was a little overdone.
