“Recomendado”

“The hotel is conveniently located close to t4 at Heathrow and walkable. Front desk staff were fast & helpful. Rooms were clean. Only one complaint was that the housekeeper was cleaning rooms in my area and slamming doors between 9:30pm- 10:15pm. It was a little inconvenient since I needed to wake up at 3:45am for an early flight.”

“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”

“La ubicación inmejorable”

“todo”

“Lovely stay. Spacious room”

“Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed...

“Unfortunately, the condition of the facilities did not meet expectations. The shower had a makeshift covering to prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor, while both the sink and bathroom shelf showed noticeable signs of wear and peeling paint. Additionally, there was a persistent and unpleasant sewage odor in the room, which significantly affected the overall comfort of our stay.”
