From start to finish, this Holiday Inn made our stay easy. Check-in was quick and simple, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were happy to assist. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great. The free hot breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of good options to start the day. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing to stay near airport. The shuttle service they provide to airport is not free, but definitely a better rate than most private ride apps.

The hotel and staff were great. Brand name hotel with good upkeep. However, not an airport Hotel. T5 is in the name but very poor travel options. Expect additional 100P to travel to hotel, better to spend on actual airport hotel
