Rooms were lovely. The whole building was very clean and airy. Staff friendly. Breakfast had loads of choice, everything very fresh. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The rooms have no air con , and the stall were very unhelpful in the bar and around the hotel. Check in was good and check in staff were polite and helpful
Lovely stay room was clean, spacious and modern. Staff so helpful. Only down side was that only suites have air con but no other rooms do meaning it was extremely uncomfortable.
Beds were so comfortable just the heat.
We have had a fabulous time at De Vere, great hotel with fabulous facilities. Great base for exploring all that Windsor and the surrounding areas have to offer.
Friendly and helpful staff and room rate for the hotel was excellent.
Outside and grounds were fabulous.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It was very average accommodation for the high price they charged.
One of the curtains was off the rail too.
It was along walk to the bedroom with a lot of stairs and the lift was out of order.
Breakfast was good though
Rooms are nice, but standard doubles are tiny. Facilities are good, but the addition of the outdoor festival area detracted from what was a nice hotel, and the noise from private parties at times unbearable. Pool and restaurant both very busy with families, which caused its own problems (lack of hygiene at pool) and lack of clean tables / utensils at breakfast.
Clean room and cannot comment on amenities and breakfast as did not get to use. Room was small and no air con so very hot. When we arrived large wasp was in the room and took reception almost an hour to send housekeeping (this was at 9:30Pm). Hotel very busy and no water in room.
Amazing property with lots of nice outdoor seating, places to visit inside, and a quick uber to Windsor castle. Only downside is it was extremely!!!! Hot inside the hotel room. The windows barely open and there was one small fan. I would not recommend staying here in the summer unless you get a balcony room. One of the most uncomfortable night’s sleep I’ve had.
A well located hotel set in beautiful grounds with good amenities for all ages.
The hotel is spread across multiple buildings, and whilst it has ramps and lift access, if you have mobility issues you will definitely need to be nearest to the main hotel reception.
