The staff were lovely and we had a great welcome. The club room was small and smelt musty. We put on the heating as the room was freezing when we arrived, it then got too hot, opened window to find thick black mildew. Pillows are hard. Swimming pool tiny and chaotic It's such a pity, as we normally really enjoy village hotels

Very nice and helpful staff with nothing too much trouble. The sign of a hotels attention to detail is if you have a bottle of wine at 10:30pm and no corkscrew, there are two in reception for guests use. Brilliant swimming pool and no crowds. Excellent breakfast for €12.

Automated self check-in was great with a little help from the girls at reception. Stayed in a Club Room which comes with free parking, gym access and was very clean and tidy but no bigger than a normal room in any other hotel. Very busy hotel as it has a fitness gym on site for locals to use. Food and beer a little pricey but was a modern and comfortable place to eat. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again

Very last minute booking. Staff were outstanding in helping it go smoothly as it was delayed in transferring from Expedia onto their own system. Room was spacious. Bed super comfy and the air conditioning was splendid too.

Room was very nice, plenty of space, nice beds. Bathroom lots of condensation, didn't feel like an extractor fan. Paid parking in Dvertised, its funny, they charge you by the 24hrs lol, so you can spend the day in a local theme park, turn up and check in at 7pm get up early for another day in the park, but pay for 24hrs regardless, unless your a gym member its free.. Then you try to find a disabled bay in the car park, and tgey are all occupied by the gym users, and not a single blue badge in sight, so they charge parking but do not police the disabled bays, whi h are just used by anyone as its a shorter walk fir them. The pool is advertised until late evening, upon arrival its actually closed for kids at 5pm daily, which is great if you spend the day in a local theme park get here after 5pm, no pool access, again the gym members are prioritised over paying hotel guests,

We booked a family room with two double beds which was perfect for us and our daughter. We had issues with our room the first night and had to be moved the next day which was a bit of inconvenience but we were very much looked after by the Maria. We would very happily return.

Great gym, nice pool, good breakfast and a nice English breakfast. Everything was great apart from not having a direct access to train/bus station (bus connection from nearby still OK), and the view from the window wasn't the prettiest. Excellent value.
