“I had stayed a couple of times before and it had been a good experience, especially good value per cost. However, this last Easter, we had an awful experience. Cleaning service wasn’t provided at all, even though they had said it was going to be done only one day from our 3 night stay due to holidays, but that day we only got a change of towels and removal of rubbish, leaving us with beds undone, dirty dishes, etc. Since we arrived, there had been no dusting done, it was all full of...

“After a long haul journey and arriving from overseas at 2am, we were grateful for the free airport shuttle bus and 24 hour check in at Airport Gateway Hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating and we were able to arrange for a late check out, the night before, due to our jet lag.They kindly gave us extra coffee and milk, upon request. It was nice to be able to get filtered, chilled or bottled water at reception from the dispenser and reception. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.”
