Stayed in the Executive Studio, which had a nice view. Check in was easy and quick. Front desk staff very pleasant. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Good location. Lots of restaurants nearby. There's a convenience store right across of hotel and Woolworths supermarket a couple blocks away. Britomart shopping district, Waitemata train station and ferry building all within walking distance as well.
