Cheap and good for a one or two night stay. Room was small but good and there was free coffee in the lobby which is always a win. Staff were lovley and friendly. 100% would recomend if you just need a place to sleep while in Auckland.

Handy to Central Auckland: a short walk to our Aotea Centre concert, local shops and wider connections. Room was clean and beds cosy. View over street and a man playing tennis by himself. The smallest bathroom sink I have ever used: had to fill kettle for tea with the mug. And toilet had an apathetic flush. But if you pay for what we get, we got a well-priced room to crash in after we saw the things we actually came for.

Location can’t be beat, excellent for walking the CBD, shopping, eating and drinking. One lift out of the two was out of order, but they knew about it. Sheets, towels and body wash were awesome. Nice pillows and bed was ok. It is an aged complex, so some items were worn with wear and tear: carpet, sprinkler system rusty, basin had a crack, sliding door stiff to move, but this didn’t bother us. Room and bathroom were tiny, but not a show stopper for us. The price, cleanliness, location and staff made it enjoyable.

Spotless rooms, free upgrade and let us in super early 7am!! Perfect place for layover to get rid of jet lag. Friendly staff and was serene and peaceful despite it being over 90%full. Didn't see or hear many people at all--incredible!
