“The hotel is ideally situated for the Wye Valley with great views. We had a great room which had plenty of space including a sofa, clean, great facilities and well serviced. The breakfast was really good with a great choice and the breakfast staff were really welcoming and friendly. Also the hotel had good quality pub food at a reasonable cost. We look forward to staying again.”

“Una casona antigua bien tipica de la zona, muy agradable, muy bien decorada, excelente desayuno, es una zona que se necesita contar con un auto, el parking es gratis y esta pegado al hotel, el entorno es lindusimo, lo unico para criticar seria la atencion de la recepcion, y la ,moza del reastaurante, tuvimos que llamarla tres veces para que nos tome el pedido, y como no venia fuimos al mostrador a encargar el pedido”

“The hot tub and pool were closed for refurb disappointment as one of the reasons for booking hotel Never mind the rest of the stay was top notch. Rooms beds and shower all top rate. Must mention the Breakfasts which were cooked to perfection service in dinning room fantastic. ”

“We had a wonderful visit only marred by problems of cleanliness in our room. The reception staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was. The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return. ”

“Two lovely restaurants in one hotel. Sampled both and thoroughly enjoyed them. The room was good, though the restaurant background tape was a bit close for comfort, just outside the window.”
