We had a really enjoyable stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham. The location was excellent for exploring Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, while still offering a peaceful setting. The connecting rooms were ideal for our family, giving us plenty of space while allowing the rooms to remain connected. The air-conditioning was also a big plus, particularly during the warmer weather. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming and had good leisure facilities, which we really enjoyed. The only minor issue was that the gym changing room felt a little crowded at times when the hotel was busy. A little more space there would make the leisure facilities even better. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. The excellent location, comfortable rooms and family-friendly setup made it a great base for exploring the Cotswolds.

I had an overall pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham. The hotel is set in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful grounds, making it a relaxing place to stay while still being conveniently located for Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was straightforward. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bed was particularly comfortable. However, there were a couple of areas that could have been better. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak and could definitely have been stronger. I also noticed some dust around the toilet area, so a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom would have been appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel comfortable and relaxing. With a few improvements to the bathroom cleanliness and shower pressure, it would have been an even better experience.
