“Musty, urine smelling room. Had to keep shoes on when walking around in the room because of the carpet. The vacuums they provide the cleaners do not get up against walls, so there's white powder along every wall and corner. Bugs in the over head lights and dead knots by the sink. Broke down matresses, and mildew in the tile around the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of grab and go options. I just didnt think based on over $200 a night, that it was going to...

“Virtual check in was terrible. $50 to park per day in unsecured lot. No toilet paper. 1 towel per person for 2 days. No staff to help anyone. No vending machines. Not worth the money at all. Pictures will show the parking and the dirty towel is from the nasty floors”

“Room was clean and tidy but small. No bathmat, which was odd. The parking situation needs figured out...construction is taking up much of the lot and with the intended opening of their fourth building/cabins it will make this a tight squeeze if not addressed. Bar was never opened during our entire stay. I saw one fire pit open out of multiple and that was only on one night. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you want to be on east bay but with a complete lack of vibe it seemed a bit dull...

“Cuando en una situación como la pandemic actual tienes un mensaje de obligatorio mascarilla y te encuentras todos los días clientes y trabajadores sin mascarilla o con ella mal puesta en el interior del hotel, falta de limpieza (en un hotel pet friendly deberían ser más exigentes), y el porta rollo de papel higiénico roto, etc. No, no inspira confianza. A pesar de que Charlevoix como pueblo nos gustó mucho nos fuimos anticipadamente. ”
