Beautiful views of the lake. The road noise was pretty loud. Breakfast was literally just bagels cereal and yogurt. The rooms and hotel itself was dated but the beds were very comfy and everything was clean. Staff was very friendly.

Wonderful small hotel right on the beach of the East Grand Traverse Bay. It was a beautiful view and very relaxing. There were plenty of beach chairs available, a fire pit, and tables for picnicking. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful. Conveniently located but not in the hustle and bustle of the Traverse City downtown area. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel with a great beach location. It was nice to sit at a fire, or looking out at the water while all the kids ran around and played. At night the hotel made yummy cookies! There was a decent breakfast offering, but nothing like cooked eggs or meats. The rooms were nice with a great view of the beach. The place is a bit older, but they did a great job of keeping it looking nice.

Beds comfortable-pillows just ok, great shower water pressure, beach set-up w/ fire pit excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. View was spectacular!! Room was on exterior of building so had a lot of road noise. (The interior rooms are booked directly thru hotel.) They provided a noise machine that might help some people but was annoying to us.

Our stay at Beach Haus was just ok. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, but the sliding door & screen to the outside barely worked. We could hardly move either of them open or closed. Breakfast was very minimal & very little seating space. We expected more by the description online.

Pleasant stay right on the beach. Rooms are a little musty, small baths , old carpets but outdoors are very well maintained, constantly cleaned. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay with family on with lots of beach time.
