My wife & I came to Traverse City to do & see ,we weren't looking for luxury, so this hotel checked all the boxes for us. it's clean, quiet & comfortable. There is a nice pool & hot tub & good common space. From my research I believe it to be the most affordable of its class. Its an excellent location close to beaches, restaurants, etc

Nice room and the breakfast was good. We were told rooms were cleaned every third day. We were there a week and room was never cleaned. It was noisy due to other guests and what I can only guess was construction next door. Overall not a bad experience.

When we got to the hotel there was a sign saying the pool and hot tub was closed. No explanation no refund. We picked the location because of the amenities and the hotel didn't keep up their end of the contract. The location and breakfast were good.

First, i thought the property was difficult to find..it is not well marked and it is surrounded by other bldgs. The staff are beyond helpful & the checkin was flawless. The rooms are ample in size, and have good amenitites but the bathroom is dated. My only big complaint are the beds. Hard as rocks. I had a bad sleep. Breakfast was wonderful..they had everything. I would not likely return because of the beds.. if the beds were replaced i would absolutely return!

This was a good find for the price ( there is nothing cheap in Traverse City on a weekend!) Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was solidly good. Didn't use the pool but it looked very clean.

Great Hotel with nice room, good customer service and a good breakfast. The room was good size. There were a couple of small issues that we reported to them and they apologized and said they would fix them right away. The location was convenient and quiet. I would stay again and recommend it.
