“Muy bien ubicado”

“Was close to everything we needed but the room its self not 100%”

“Perfect stay! Great for groups and location is perfect”

“Perfect location for seeing the Everton game. It was really easy to get to - walking distance from Sandhills station, and also possible to walk into town. Area felt safe and was relatively quiet/calm. The only downside was that the bathroom had a strange smell. But otherwise the rooms were clean enough and for the price it was fine.”

“Habitación sin ventana. Falta un poco de limpieza. Colchón cómodo. Hay secador en la habitación. Céntrico y con bares al lado.”

“Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.”

“If hotels wish to charge a supplement for dogs this needs to be clearly shown in the expedia information but it was not. This is no blame on the hotel as expedia did not make it clear as I would not have travelled that way”

“muy bien, gran relacion calidad precio”

“Great location, room wasn’t the cleanest, couldn’t work the heating”

“Arrived at 19:30 on a Saturday night. Car park in total darkness, no staff members anywhere. Number to call at reception which went through to a call centre. Given a number for a keysafe outside the room. Heating turned off, 6 degrees celcius outside, 9 degrees celcius in the room. Absolute joke. Luckily saw a small electric heater behind the abandoned reception that we were able to "borrow" overnight, and return before checkout. Hardly any toilet paper in room either, so had to go to the...

“It is a very basic room, very close to Anfield if you want to watch a football game. It is a place to sleep, nothing more nothing less, which is fine with me. The guy downstairs was very helpful and friendly but the telephone number provided to reach him was never on which was quite annoying when I needed a iron or fresh towels. I had to come down the stairs and walk around the corner to the where the reception is. That was my only issue. Other than that all good.”

“Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey...
