Caravan was neat, however, there were foul odor/smell throughout the property. Probably needs some deep cleaning. Overall, it’s a good property and I think it worth the money

We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great. The swimming pool has some great slides (you do have to pay for swimming but definitely worth it), kids loved the evening disco and there is a free train ride going round the park which was nice. Overall a lovely stay thankyou! It does say 7 minutes walk to Prestatyn beach but the main bit was actually over 55 minutes on Google but a short 10 minute drive

Had a strange smell, reasonably clean, beds ok! Staff at main reception were rude and not very helpful with booking activities and found it costly to access swimming

La caravana tanto el exterior como el interior estaba sucia. Moví una cama para juntarla con otra y había pañuelos y suciedad debajo de las camas. El edredón tenía una mancha marrón. La limpieza en general era deficiente. En cuanto a las camas, muy malas e incómodas, se hundían, no dormimos bien. Tampoco nos dejó en la caravana sábanas, ni toallas ni productos de aseo, como gel, champú y papel higiénico, lo cual se agradecería al venir de viaje. No repetiría.
