“What a great night at the Catherine wheel. We met Debbie when we checked in and she was so warm and friendly she made everything very easy for us. The room was clean, modern and very quaint. The food was outstanding in the restaurant with a good menu selection. There were 11 of us for dinner and you could tell everything was fresh and home made the pie was especially incredible. Thank you Catherine wheel we will be back again!! ”

“Spent two great days at this B&B. It's off the main highways in a small village environment. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were helpful, friendly and made our stay relaxing. The room was large, clean and stocked with tea, coffee and water. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast bun was amazing, the bacon and sausage tasted great. We had an evening meal which was also prepared and cooked well. “We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed 1 nite in room 7 lovely room and amazing shower room which is an old vault only downside is it does flood the whole area but was worth it bed was comfortable it doesn’t have phone network so be prepared to use there free WiFi also doesn’t have normal tv channels you have to sign into Netflix luckily we have Netflix so was easy to do wat really impressed us was def the shower area in room 7 it was awesome we will def return to room 7 if in Swindon :)”
