“The accommodation/facilities are in need of improvement/upgrade/repair. Microwave supplied (good) but no microwaveable cooking dishes; no suitable knives in the cutlery only sharp knives; can-opener would be useful; pots/pans comprised two frypans and one saucepan but no lid(s). Kitchen tap unit spins as you use it. Plug in sink does not seal - you had to run water continually to wash dishes. One kitchen light flickers then goes off - poor overall kitchen lighting. “The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. ”

“The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. “Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools ”

“Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. ”
