The welcome from reception was 💯, the room was on first appearance very nice, then as time went on we started seeing imperfections, dust spiders were everywhere in all corners and crevices and whilst trying to kill a fly on the curtains the dust that came off them filled the room, rubbish left around the room from previous guests, boxes big enough to see, badges, springs from a pen, old map with child’s drawings on & hairs in bathroom on floor amongst dust, big tares on the nets, the patio slabs were covered in what looked like stepped in cherries and nature poop. Not what I would have expected for such a lovely place think house keeping on our apartment we’re not on par with the resort unfortunately. All staff were amazing on site. The price did not stand up to quality of the deluxe room we had booked. Very disappointed and would not return if no improvement in the future. Very disappointing stay for us and we have never had to feel the need to write such a review on any of our stays at whatever cost! Not gone away feeling happy that’s for sure, extremely disappointed that we chose a few nights with you that were supposed to be precious to us as do not get the chance for a break away! Not to mention that on our last night the people above us were stomping on the ground all night long repeatedly and the smell off weed coming in to our room at one point was very disturbing and we were glad to be going the following morning. Not a pleasant stay all round!

Excellent breakfast and clean comfortable room. Would stay again.
