A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too.

Room was lovely , spacious and airy , we had room 58 , 1 double balcony window and a large double window which overlooked a country path . Staff were great ,willing and helpful , Even charged my phone overnight because i forgot charger , only downside was pillows were too hard for my liking and threw them on the floor but alround thumbs up

Staff made check in really easy and couldn't be more helpful generally. The hotel had a lovely cosy vibe and our triple room was spacious. There were quite limited and expensive options in the hotel and surrounding area for dining but the breakfast was great.
