A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too.

Staff made check in really easy and couldn't be more helpful generally. The hotel had a lovely cosy vibe and our triple room was spacious. There were quite limited and expensive options in the hotel and surrounding area for dining but the breakfast was great.

Couldn’t fault it. The hotel is ideally situated as a base for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is plentiful with a good choice. The staff go out of their way to help. All in all would thoroughly recommend a stay here

The hotel staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was very nice, with a great range to choose from. Lovely hotel, I will definitely return. Only down fall is that the shower temperature fluctuates while showering.

Great family friendly and comfortable hotel. Reasonably priced. The only flaw was that it was quite noisy and we were woken by other children in the night, but nothing that the hotel could do about that.

Wookey Hole Hotel

Cant fault the staff and the hotel. Room was quiet and clean. Only criticism i have is of the menu - very little choice. The Wookey Hole Inn, more or less over the road about a minute's walk away, had a much better menu, and the food was good.
