“We particularly liked the way the staff treated us. We had a problem with getting to the hotel on time and were helped by Ema who also gave us a warm welcome.”

“From arrival to leaving nothing was too much trouble. I was on my own and the staff were more than helpful as to where to visit . The food was varied and excellent. Breakfast was basic continental but didn’t want any more. I make what I consider sensible comments not criticism and mentioned these to them. 1 possibly a small fridge in the room in view of current conditions but found out I was lucky and had a larger room so this wasn’t feasible throughout. “スタッフの皆さんはとても感じがよく楽しく過ごせました。ベットシーツが汚れていて、はじめは気が付かなかったのですが、変えてないのかな。。という感じ。別の部屋に泊まった人もいたのですが部屋は広くて暗いか狭いかでした。トイレの窓が完全に閉まらず、夜の間に虫が大量に入ってしまいました。。。食事も美味しかったので設備だけが残念でした。”

“We can't recommend Storrs Gate House enough, such a good break away here. Susann and Glenn are amazing hosts, such friendly, lovely people. Breakfasts were incredible and definitely set you up for the day, we are missing those breakfasts! The house is so beautiful, our room was perfect, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Our celebratory time away was made all the more special staying at Storrs Gate, we would definitely like to stay here again, thank you for such a lovely stay.”
