I’m sorry to say this is a terrible property. Its Expedia photos make it look nice and clean but I observed a dark, dirty, hot lobby with homeless people sitting inside, a desk attendant behind security bars, and a dirty room. This property should be removed from Expedia’s inventory because it’s below Expedia’s brand standards.

Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

This is a retirement home facility. There is nothing in the unit, it is pretty bare, not even a lamp. The TV remote didn't work so I couldn't watch the microscopic, tiny TV that was in there. The bathroom and tub were disgusting and rusty. The kitchen was old and disgusting. Every light was set to 11. It was basically a big open room with a laminate wood floor with dirt in all the cracks and broken stuff. The air conditioner worked and the bed was fine. Would not stay again.
