We were greeted by staff the minute we walked in. The lady that checked us in was in great spirits and very friendly. The hotel lobby and bar area was smaller than I expected but it was still very nice. The room layout was different which made it feel small but it had everything we needed. The hotel itself was very well maintained and very clean.

Bar staff should assist hotel patrons more than locals that show up to hang out at a hotel bar. Registration took far too long and the staff focused on what they felt was more important than checking some one in. I gave a poor and not worse, because my stay last time was excellent. They hotel is very clean and well kept.

The hotel was clean and in a great location, room was quiet but the pillows were awful (very flat) . We had family members stay at the same hotel & they said the same thing. The complementary breakfast should have been restocked around the clock between the time frame that the breakfast is available. We went down at 7;30 and everything was gone . It was not restocked for over an hour. Same issue the next day . We have stayed at other hotels near by that offer complementary breakfast and have never experienced food running out so early & quickly .
