“Very nice small Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the annex and had a nice room with a balcony and a lovely view.”

“This hotel did not match the pictures. It has not been maintained and has some water issue causing an odd odor in the hotel. It smelled like mildew throughout. The carpet had holes and in the area leading to the dining room walls were open to the jungle behind the hotel. Staff was nice but we were charged extra upon arriving. More than 500 dollars for my son. This was not expected. I asked to leave in that case and they said they would still charge me the whole amount. Do not book this...

“I did not read anywhere that there is a curfew and you must be in your room by 2400. Also, there was a water spill in my room and also the front desk personnel need to have a little more people skills. The maid tried to open my door without knocking also, luckly I had it double bolt. Overall, for the price not a good experience. Oh and also I was charged a small hotel fee upon check out and that was not disclosed before either. ”

“平日で宿泊客も少ない様子で、露天風呂付の部屋にアップグレードしてもらい、予定外に広々とした室内で過ごさせてもらいました。また、食事やスタッフの対応など各種サービスには大変満足しました。 一方で、設備はだいぶ古くなっており、ホームページ等でのイメージとはだいぶ異なっております。”
