“We stayed here for one night. Free parking outside the hotel. Informed the hotel that we were arriving late in the evening, they provided the PIN code for the front door & key left at reception. “No quisieron recogerme en el aeropuerto (es un hotel de calidad CROWN PLAZA, me dijeron que tenia que ser 24 horas antes, esto no lo dice en la oferta de ustedes. Llame a servicio al cliente y no quisieron elevar el caso y dame un ticket de reclamo tube que pagar un uber. Antes eran un cliente frecuente y poco a poco he perdido todo interes en trabajar con ustedes. ”
