Great location once you’re getting off the train and you see the bridge. It’s right there so convenient when you’ve been traveling and you’re tired very cute hotel. Obviously everything is older in those parts but it was very well Maintained very comfortable bed and the staff were really friendly.

While the front desk staff were incredibly polite and tried their best, the physical condition of this hotel falls far short of a 4-star property. We had to be moved from our first room because the air conditioning was not working. Unfortunately, our second room wasn't much better—the bathroom door was broken, the shower flooded during use, and both the floor and wall carpets were visibly dirty. My Italian parents were traveling with us and were mostly okay with it, as they are more accustomed to older European facilities and a different service culture, but for the premium price you pay on Expedia, the maintenance and cleanliness failures here are unacceptable. Great location, but the rooms desperately need an overhaul.

Clean room, we were nestled on the ground floor near the courtyard- it was wonderful. Extremely peaceful and quiet, despite being next to Santa Lucia on the main stretch. It was a wonderful room.
