Although a little hard to find at first, our group found both rooms we had great with updated bathrooms and furnishings. Staff was super friendly and gave us a to go back because we left so early. Would definitely stay there again.

Location to train station and water bus is excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small as was the shower but the ambience of staying in an old monastery, convenience and staff make up for that. Because really while in Venice do you want to hang out in your room?

Fabulous one night stay in a peaceful side street off the grand canal close to station. Perfect location on our family Interrail trip. Huge triple room, with large family bathroom & a bath in double room. Excellent breakfast & we enjoyed the garden, lounge bar area. Totally recommend.

3 night stay July 2026. My gf and trained in to Venice. Hotel is a 3 minute walk from train station and 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants! This hotel is not modern but SOOOOOO cozy and authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly! Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is just around the corner from the train station, although we could not hear the trains at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and each nights stay included and extensive breakfast buffet. The Friars still own the facility and the Church a couple of doors down. The history of the facility was very interesting. I would recommend this hotel.

Quad room was very spacious. Location is excellent - very close to Piazzale Roma and St. Lucia train station. Lots of restaurants and small shops nearby. Great variety of foods provided for breakfast. Be aware that the hotel is close to a bell tower, so when the bells are ringing, it gets pretty loud. During our visit on a weekday, the bells rang at 8am. Those who are looking to sleep in past this hour may want to consider this when booking.
