The bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. Room was really small, no space in bathroom, the shower had mold, I had allergies the entire time. Room felt musty. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station.

The room was beautifully decorated. The room could do with double glazing, was awoken at 11pm to a yelling match in the lane. Whilst the lift was being fitted, the techs had left for the day, but left the vacuum cleaner plugged in and the cord was going up the stairs. Trip hazard. Also noted that the floors were uneven in the hallway, could with some signage. The eggs at breakfast were awful.

The wood floor, clean room, operable windows, and friendly staff were great. It was a bit small, but worth the price. The breakfast exceeded my expectations! Scrambled eggs, cappuccino machine, fresh fruits, croissants as good as France’s, and so much more! We walked with our suitcases and backpacks from the train station upon arrival and walked to the bus station for our departure, where we had a 20 minute ride to the airport for about €11. Quick walk to the water taxi also, for which we bought a 2-day pass for about €35. The hotel had an elevator, but i recommend travelling light! If you have heavy or multiple suitcases, you may need a porter as there are many ramps/steps in Venice, which are inaccessible or unhelpful for wheelchairs and heavy suitcases! I highly recommend Venice for at least 3-4 days. And if your budget is limited and need a good location, this hotel is great! I only wished that they had a ceiling or floor fan to keep the air fresher!

Small boutique hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast choices, coffee and tea service as well as fridge stocked with drinks in room. Elevator is very small and even if you use it when you get off on your floor some rooms require you to go up and down a couple steps.

Good, clean place to stay right next to the train station with solid breakfast. Was unable to control room temperature though manageable. More important the shower water temperature was inconsistent. Every 20-30 seconds it would drop cold, then come back hotter, then settle all without ever touching the control.

-Hotel room stinks like sewage in the morning -They do not have an Iron at this hotel. I had to go out and buy a few shirts that werent wrinkled. -The shower is extremely small. Not built for an adult male. -No toothpaste I recommend spending a few extra dollars and going to a better hotel.
