Such a gorgeous room and left a surprise for us on our honeymoon. Super close to the train station, which made arrival and departure so easy! Plus you would have no idea - such a gorgeous spot in a fun location. Will stay again.

Small boutique hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast choices, coffee and tea service as well as fridge stocked with drinks in room. Elevator is very small and even if you use it when you get off on your floor some rooms require you to go up and down a couple steps.

A lovely little hotel close to some great bars, shops, cafes and restaurants. Also very close to the Ferrovia water bus station and San Lucia train station. Within 20 minutes walk of San Marc’s, the campanile (bell tower) and Doges Palace if you fancy a walk rather than taking the water bus. The only slight downside is that you have to book your breakfast slot as the room isn’t very big but other than that everything was excellent. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The room was comfy, very clean and serviced every day. It was superb value for money and if we return we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for a short stay in Venice. The best attribute was that it is in the same side of the Grand Canale to the train and bus stations avoiding carrying heavy luggage across the bridge. The property is well renovated and the rooms are reasonably spacious. Highly recommended.
