“The hotel were it is situated is a perfect location for visiting chester etc. On arrival the staff at the reception desk were very polite ,welcoming and helpful. When going to the room the corridors were very squeaky to walk on. On entering the room again the floors in the room were also squeaky to walk on . Could hear the guests next door. The room was small not what i expected.The cleaniness of the room was appauling,liquid stains on the bathroom door,thick dust along the skirting boards in...
