“Wouldn’t class this as a 4 star hotel.. it’s not only very out dated but just not clean or well kept at all. The bathroom is full of mould and dirt in all the corners, changing rooms for the spas are similar. Sauna has bugs crawling around it - not sure how they were alive in that heat. Someone must have had afternoon tea on the pool side room and this didn’t get tidied up for 3 hours.. not the best impression to be staring at a table of dirty dishes. Same in the restaurant and bar area -...

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”

“Beautiful hotel! Sits on a golf course - wide, open spaces. Great walks among peaceful settings. Buildings were beautiful and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was excellent. Teens enjoyed the spa/pool/hot tub area.
