Staff were really helpful and the hotel is ideal for visiting Bristol. Parking is easy at the Multi Storey next door, with access directly from the hotel. They also offer discount parking. Would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Bristol

Good hotel and good location

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Room was quite small and air conditioning was very noisy. The bed had feather pillows which I find very uncomfortable. Overall though, a good hotel with good amenities in a good location. Would definitely stay here again

Great hotel in the heart of Bristol

Really enjoyed the hotel. Easy to find and parking in the car park next door was very convenient. The reception was very welcoming, as was the bar area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again

An amazing Hotel right by the canal and 5 minutes from the Hippodrome. Very comfortable bed and pillows, good food and friendly helpful staff. Stunning communal areas.

Really like our stay. Everything was clean, nice and quite luxurious. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. We thought the room was nice but a little on the small size. No room for any kind of luggage. Loved the bathroom. One problem that the hotel can’t be held responsible for was the very noisy crowd going by our room until after 2 am. It seemed like a younger crowd coming or going across the river. Kept us up. Loved the city.
