A lovely hotel, in the perfect location for transport+ sightseeing. Across the road from Cardiff Castle. The hotel was lovely, clean rooms, hotel staff excellent+ very helpful. Breakfast was great. The only negative was the outside needed a re paint, but a great hotel and I would definitely stay again.

The staff on reception were so nice and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward. The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was nice. The only negative was 1 of the beds in room 208. There was a big dip in the mattress so made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Apart from that no complaints. Would definitely stay there again
