The Staff were so friendly and helpful, the minute I got there, my luggage was carried up for me , I was made very welcome. The room was great, clean & comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good, a good array was on offer and very satisfying. I would definitely stay again and would happily recommend.

Staff was very helpful and friendly the hotel was very nice and warm and clean the only down was there no lifts but I will say there again and 10 minutes away from the railway & bus station and thanks to all at the hotel for a great time.

The hotel was in a great location for the rugby. There was a good vibe pre the game too. Hotel itself is a bit tired with no lift service but it was clean and what we needed for the night
