It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel again. The staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable albeit rather warm. Blame the weather for this. Hope to come again soon.

Perfect location in the heart of Cardiff city centre but still at a location where you dont hear so much from the weekends party antics. Ideal for those couple of days away and access to events happening whether it's partying, music or sports events. An older building that still needs a little TLC in places but very spacious rooms and bathrooms (the ones I've stayed in were)! Enjoy the vibrancy of the welsh capital and it's surrounding areas.

We arrived and were booked in promptly. Room was lovely and clean. There was a window slightly open which was welcome and a fan that worked as well.. A little concerned at first as we could see work being carried out on the road just below our bedroom window but thankfully they didn’t do any so it was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Beds clean and comfortable. It’s an old building and dated as to be expected. Impressed with the chandeliers Would stay again. Very reasonable price.
