“I stayed here as an American tourist with my sister and cannot recommend it. Housekeeping skips the basics. During daily cleaning, sheets and blankets were not changed, water bottles were not replaced, and bathroom items like toothpaste were never restocked. Direct requests get ignored. When we asked staff directly for toothpaste, they said okay — and then simply never brought it. Being told "yes" and then ignored is worse than being told no. Staff were cold throughout.
