“Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day.”

“I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. “Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. Close to the Royal Crescent with a lovely pub in the Marlborough Tavern close by. And just a 15 minute stroll into the centre of Bath. The host was always available, and immediately helpful when we couldn’t get to grips with the thermostats. Parking is on the road but very quiet and safe, and booked in by the host. Recommend to stay.”

“Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! ”

“Beautiful historic town house in very central area. We only stayed for one night and wish it could have been longer! Parking was easy (public parking close by) and pubs, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. Extremely comfortable.”

“The room was clean. The apartment was specious and full of light. It's a 30min walk to the main high street/Gloucester cathedral. Big plus is that the apartment comes with a parking space. There are two bathrooms.”

“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”
