Ali, a kitchen worker was apologetic & accommodating & said he would call house keeping back. We went off for 1 hour but returned earlier than anticipated as my partner wasn’t feeling well. “We would not have booked here if we had known the Saturday breakfast was 9am to 10am. There is no information about breakfast times on the booking process. The TV was totally unusable as I do not have a modern PhD. I simply could not understand all this internet stuff. The Wifi speed was slow, less than 1mbps. Besides that, clean comfortable room, excellent real beer in the bar.”
