The hotel location was fantastic, the swimming pool was great fun for the kids, received a complimentary beer which was a unexpected nice bonus! The rooms was lovely and spacious, the surrounding area is busy so you would expect to hear outside noises but we didn't and everything was nice and peaceful!

Great hotel, easy walk from the station and couldn’t be better situated for shopping and restaurants. Always my go to place to stay, and I’ve stayed in many hotels in Bath in the past.Staff always super helpful both on reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast is good value, compared to going out and finding a decent breakfast in the city.

The bathtub in the room was AMAZING, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was outstanding, staff was helpful and overall it was a very, very beautiful stay. The thermal bath was a very short walk away and there were lots of great places nearby to dine.

Excellent location and facilities, very clean and modern. Great breakfast and a well stocked bar. Gym and pool, sauna etc are really nice and rooms are a really good size. This hotel ticked all boxes for us. We only stayed 1 night but wished we could have stayed for longer.
