The food was good and served quickly by staff happy to go the extra mile. Just small niggles prevented me from going 5star, a used towel left in my room, the sink plug didn't operate smoothly, the coffee machine wouldn't deliver coffee. They then upgraded me to a room with a badly strained carpet, paper peeling off the walls and signs of dampness.
