“The cabin wasn’t as clean, sofa in cabin was absolutely dirty. Breakfast on both days was shambles, you’ve to queue up for hot breakfast, and the guy serving it Louis wasn’t the nicest, witnessed him being rude to 2 women, however being absolutely fine to others. People of colour are not nice to people of colour!!! Both days no veggie sausages, was told ran out, they just didn’t want to cook them… swimming for kids only 8-10am (same time as breakfast) and 3-5pm!!! We honestly do not recommend...

“Staff was attentive and pleasant. Problems were that they ran out of basic breakfast menu items. Additionally, the property is not air conditioned and no fans were available until we requested one. The windows were restricted from being opened beyond two inches. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. On one evening, the hotel was completely out of ice.”

“The Staff were so friendly and helpful Rooms clean and comfortable. Even a Dyson fan in the room to stay cool Pool a bit busy for me but it was nice to see children enjoying it I chose the wrong time to use it As a single female traveller felt welcome and secure Definitely visit again”

“Everything was excellent, only observation was there was no lift and being of a certain age and used to a bungalow it was quite difficult getting up stairs, but staff did volunteer to carry the bags. The staff and the food were lovely.”
