“The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

“Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September.”

“Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably.”

“La ubicación, tiene de todo metro y tren. 2 minutos a pie Dos centros comerciales al lado del metro.Infinidad de comercios de ocio ,comida zona muy recomendable.Limpio y muy acogedor.”

“Able to check in early by messaging with the Orange Door. Great location for us to get to Lords and Camden Market using Public Transport (ie Buses). Bus stops just outside the property. Cafe close by for Breakfast and dinner. Shop available close by for general needs.”

“Viaje con mi familia 4 personas incluyendo mi bebé y pésimo servicio del personal ya que solicité 3 veces que me solucionaran el agua de la regadera ya que no salía caliente y según ellos fueron 3 veces a solucionarlo y nada. La propiedad dice que tiene elevador y no funciona y es subir 3 pisos en escaleras. No hay donde poner artículos para bañarse tampoco los tienes que poner en el suelo ”
