Great property, and overall value. Code access worked without any hic ups. The apartments have everything you need and theres a M&S around the corner. My only negative comments 1: I couldnt get my room ventilation to cool. It appeared there was only heater mode. I stayed on a very warm night so would have been nice to have cooling. 2: The rooms facing south are noisy in the morning with delivery trucks which start very early before 0700 - surprisingly noisy. So east facing rooms are the ones to go for. Overall great value though!

The communication and information was terrible. They sent an email the day of check in to pay the balance due and their app didn’t work. There was no one to take payment at the place and we had to walk 3/4 of a mile with our luggage to find a person to pay then walk back. We had difficulty finding the place to pay and only with the kind help of a couple locals did we connect. The apartments are in a secured building with one door that looks like a private residence. No one is there to even talk to until 1pm. The apartment is spacious, and had a bit of milk for coffee which tasted terrible! Old or something was wrong with it. There is a washer and dryer but the dryer doesn’t really dry. You have to lay your clothes out in the room to air dry.

Fine mennesker som jobber der. Veldig bra kjøkken, og god standard på leilighetene. Ligger veldig sentralt, og nært kollektivtransport. Eneste som trekker ned er sengen. Jeg fikk vondt i rygg og nakke av den og sov veldig dårlig, så det var godt å komme hjem til egen seng ☺️

I like the location, easy access to many underground lines and also a very nice walking distance from many local attractions...great pubs nearby. Free museums, small grocery stores and coffee shops within minutes walking distance. The only thing I really didint apreciate about this property was the comunication..they did not reply to a single email or message and I sent over half a dozen prior to my arrival, they only answered calls

There is no reception at the property, Its a 20 minute walk or 7 minute taxi ride away. So if you have cases etc you will have to lug it all across to somewhere else first and then back. This is a massive nuisance and if you had kids would be an absolute nightmare! The walls are some sort of cardboard they are so thin, I am sure I heard someone fart and blame it on me! I was in the dungeon... sorry basement. The airconditioning didnt work, just turned itself off. However when I arrived was set to 27 degrees!! Luckily I managed to turn it off and open the windows which only actually open 3 inches. I had to call and ask for kettle, once the woman on the phone finally understood what I was asking for. This was at 11am and I was told it would be with me TOMORROW! Opon leaving the cleaners were knocking on the door at 8:30am asking what time I was leaving, because they want to clean the room. I told them 10am as that was the check out time. So at 9:55 another knock at the door asking how long I was going to be. Also 10am check out, good grief. Good side, the showers were nice and having a washing machine was useful. Its a cheap place to stay for a week in central London but I would rather pay a few hundred extra and not have the trek to the other place for check in or the irritation of being pestered to leave so they can clean the room.

The location next to Canon St tube was great for us and walking distance to Borough market across the river. The flat was on lower ground floor which meant we could not have the window open as the pub next door had all the smokers stood outside the window and smoke flowed into the flat. We were in flat 1. Having a fridge was great to keep drinks cool.
