“Floor were old and could tell they where dirty need to be replace also hot water at shower wasn’t working great in addition keys weren’t working good to open door at room ”

“This place has been rode hard and put away wet too many times. It has a very heavy smell of room freshener throughout the property. Our room, a doggie room, smelled of pet urine. The floors and carpets are oily and worn. We won’t stay here again.”

“Bed was the best after 10 nights and 10 hotels. Room could have been vacuumed better.. pill and peanuts on the floor. Cool set up, but maybe ask you if you'd like to be on pool courtyard. Also, take the silly chair.out of room. Soo awkward. But best bed°”

“Loved the charm of this property. Check in was smooth and the staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Cannot express enough how much I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and refreshing not to be in a modern cookie cutter hotel”

“Boutique is an interesting description. The hotel was an adequate one however it was not what I expected. We slept in the “Vault” room which meant that our room was an old vault with no windows to the outside. Common space in the the hotel was dimly lit and I did not care for the hotel overall. I was very disappointed by the Expedia rating of 9.4 which is what led me to select this hotel. At best I would rate this a 7.”
